New Ontario Photo ID

Official Photo ID for Non-Drivers, Seniors, Newcomers, and Visually Impaired

Ontario is making it easier for Toronto area residents without a driver’s licence to get official, government-issued, photo identification.

  • If you don’t have a driver’s licence, the Ontario Photo Card is now available.


  • Drop by ServiceOntario with two pieces of I.D. and you will get your new ID on the spot. Fee is $35 for 5 years.


  • You can apply for an Ontario Photo Card at ServiceOntario centres, including: 2700 Dufferin Street
